Once the Master Model is made by either Stereolithography or by Machining, Crésilas is able to duplicate it multiple times by using one or more silicone moulds or tools. The number of moulds or tools made is determined by the number of item which will be made as part of the series.

Flexible or rigid polyurethanes can be tinted while in the form and are permanent, allowing for the appearance approaching the aspect of ABS, PP, PE, PC and even a transparent rubber we call "crystal".

The use of waxes is reserved for foundry applications.

The average length of time for a small series ranges from 4 to 8 days depending on the complexity of the part.
