The validation of the shapes and colors generally involves making a prototype; the validation of the concepts and the mechanical properties for the production requires small productions.
On the path to realization
When your idea arrives at Crésilas, what is the next step for the development of your object?
Here are the main steps:
- We transform your project into a numerical model.
- By making use of a series of computer files in STL format we are able to transform your idea into a virtual model and are now ready to determine the best and most suitable technologies with which to create it:
- Stereolithography
- Powder Sintering
- Fused Depostion Modelling
- Once out of the machine, your prototype is finished by hand.
- Optionnally the duplication is carried out from the mould made from the prototype.
The model enters the final phases
Whatever the final use of your product, it will first be examined visually and tactically.
It is precisely because Crésilas has the privilege of working with skilled artisans that our final phase is so envied. In this phase, those small imperfections that the machines have left behind are found and critiqued by our artisans’ observant eyesight and their sensitive touch.
The careful examination of your product by both the sight and touch of our artisans in the workroom at Crésilas, makes it possible to present you with the finest quality of finishes.
